This gorgeous two-story apartment is located on a quiet street just minutes from Route 2. The  apartment features two full bathrooms, two large bedrooms, and two floors! The spacious and open floor plan makes the apartment look even more massive than it is. The kitchen contains all stainless appliances, including a dishwasher! This is also one of the few properties our group owns that includes both heat and hot water in the rent price.

Each resident is entitled to at least two parking spots in the parking lot. As the parking lot can hold roughly 12 cars, each resident will be able to have friends over and still have plenty of room left over!

Potential residents must have a gross household income of at least $3,500 per month, and must agree to background checks and income verification in order to qualify. We do not require a security deposit, but the first and last month's rent are due upon lease signing (total is $2490).

We do allow cats and small dogs. All other animals must be explicitly approved, in writing, by the property manager.

The rent will include heat for the first six months, but, once the heat and hot water have been separated, the rent will drop by $75/mo.
