We have only one set of fees, and we do not have any hidden hourly fees or receive special kickbacks from our subcontractors. Our mission is to ensure that your investment is yielding a reliable return with as few distractions as possible.
Although we believe that return-on-investment is key, we also firmly believe in building up the communities in the areas we serve. We will not rent out an apartment that we would not live in ourselves, nor will we rent out to anyone with a pulse and money in their pockets.
If your apartment needs work, then our team of dedicated subcontractors can come in and make aesthetic improvements. Also, we strictly vet your future residents based on income, credit, criminal history, and eviction history. Although we are a young company, our pipeline of prospective residents is incredibly strong because they understand our commitment to higher-quality living conditions and better neighbors. This system allows us to charge above-average rents with very little vacancy time.

Our fee structure is based on a flat fee that drops as you accumulate properties. The only other fee we charge is the first month’s rent for new tenants that we place ourselves.
We use a professional landscaping and snow removal company who bills you one time for the entire season. Because we have many properties pooled together, the fee is extremely low.
